ABOUT THE JOB

As a Technical Assistant (TA) at Silverdale, you will work directly with our CEO. You will have a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your business skills and support the CEO in delivering the Company's vision and mission.

You will work with the Company's other leaders to ensure commitments are met, and mechanisms are in place to deliver on our unique brand promises. Our Clients and team are global, and you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues worldwide and experience different industries and challenges.

The TA will be expected to handle multiple competing priorities - in the office and occasionally on-site with Clients. You will become a product expert in the Odoo ERP system and an expert in the Silverdale Implementation Method - helping to maintain the standards and mechanisms in place across the company.

Formal Education and Certifications

  1. Pass the Odoo functional certification in your first 90-days
  2. Work from the office (no remote working)

Responsibilities

  • Running daily checklists on company performance and expediting actions
  • Creating follow-up actions and activities from internal and external calls to ensure commitments are captured and completed
  • Developing checklists and templates for the company to follow
  • Managing the CEOs calendar, travel, and inbox
  • Creating Client demos of both hardware and software
  • Expediting solutions, fixes, training, and tasks from internal team members
  • Maintaining our knowledge management, checklists, deliverables, templates, and other collateral
  • Running office functions, such as picking orders, managing mail, and other office admin
