Job Description: Project Management and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate who is interested in project management and possesses strong organizational and administrative skills.


1. Project Management Support:

· Assist the Developer Manager and IT Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

· Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

· Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools.

2. Administrative Duties:

· Provide general administrative support to the Developer Manager and IT Manager.

· Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.

· Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.

· Help manage and maintain project-related documents and files.

· Perform data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets and databases.

· Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.

3. Communication and Coordination:

· Act as a liaison between the Developer Manager, IT Manager, and project team members.

· Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring all relevant information is shared and understood.

· Help coordinate project-related communications, including emails, notifications, and announcements.

· Assist in organizing and facilitating team meetings, including setting up audio/video conferencing tools and taking meeting minutes.


· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Strong interest in project management and willingness to learn and grow in this field.

· Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Excel, Microsoft Project, or other similar software.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.

· Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

· Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks.

· Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
