Planner

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Planner to join our growing team. Our Planner is responsible for handling the organization of the delivery team, planning the projects, and managing the internal meetings of the company. Planning involves prioritizing and following up on the deliverable to ensure we meet our deadlines. The position is expected to work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Sales, and the Direction across the company. You will be part of a team and are expected to be the owner of the daily agenda of the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand our business processes and plan accordingly each step of our projects
Lead the daily meetings to orient and organize the delivery team
Help the team to understand the daily priorities and define their agenda for the day
Keep track of the deliverable deadline and inform management of any issue related to it
Have a clear vision of team availability and be able to plan in consequence
Providing regular project updates to internal staff
Reporting to the planning manager

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education and Certification:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology or Business

Previous experience in operations is an advantage

Knowledge of Odoo is an advantage

Expectations:

You will be given a chance to learn Odoo Functional.
You are expected to pass the Odoo Functional test within your first 3 months.
You will be signing a Bond for 2 Years at least, which is renewable as and when required.
As the majority of clients are in the US, you will be required to work on US hours.
