Silverdale Helpdesk Extension
The Silverdale Helpdesk Extension provides access to the following functions:
1) Enable filter and group-by for ticket type on the user portal
2) Create opportunities from a ticket
3) Add field for ticket solution, this field is visible in the client portal
3) Billable / non-billable timesheet field on tickets
4) Enable / disable users to access Helpdesk tickets via client portal
This is a monthly subscription. Ongoing use, support, and updates are provided as long as the subscription is valid.
